The Organisational Structure
BGES is organised into three business units, each led by an industry expert. Ms Nonkululeko Mbasane is the managing director and leads the executive team.
Ms. Mbasane is also skilled in stakeholder management and engagement. With over 15 years of environmental management experience, she has worked with various entities, including the South African National Biodiversity Institute, the Department of Water Affairs, the Department of Mineral Resources, and Petroleum Agency SA.
